Requirements for Investors: The Québec Investors Program
In the Québec program, the applicant must demonstrate intent to reside in Québec, and, like the Federal program, have a minimum net worth of $800,000 CDN (legally obtained). Unlike the Federal program, monies and assets acquired through inheritance cannot be used to contribute to this amount. The applicant must also have at least three years of managerial experience (planning, supervision and control of human, material and financial resources) acquired through a profitable business (agriculture, industrial, commercial, government, or international agency).
