Patrick joined Pace Law Firm in 1998 and was the first formal Administrator for the firm. Today, Patrick oversees a total office staff of 60 people. In this role, Patrick wears many hats and at any given moment acts as Systems Manager, Human Resources Manager, Facilities Manager, and Chief Financial Officer. He and Al Pace, the owner, have spent considerable effort to bring together a strong group of lawyers, adjusters, consultants and staff to create a team that works co-operatively to achieve a singular goal - to become the best personal injury and immigration law firm in Ontario.
Patrick graduated from the University of Toronto with a major in Psychology in 1986. He went on to obtain a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. After working as a researcher at Western for two years, Patrick entered the School of Library and Information Science at Western where he received a second Master's degree in Information Science. During his time at Western, Patrick served as a sessional lecturer in Statistics, Information Systems & Technology and Psychology.
In 1992 Patrick joined a prominent London law firm as Systems Manager. He successfully oversaw the transition and implementation of a PC-based network from an antiquated mainframe system for over for over sixty users with zero down time.
